My name is Esteban Mery Fernandez, I am an executive coach, a public speaker, a leader and a physician specialized in Internal Medicine and Critical Care (ICU).

I have practiced medicine for a couple of decades now. As an ICU physician I meet people on one of the scariests days of their lives. My mission is to give them the best chance to overcome their life-threatening condition. I serve the healthcare community by providing executive coaching and public speaking.
